Bountiful  High School, - Senior Interior Designer (2024) - Utah  Construction and Design Most outstanding project in the sports facility category.

Bonneville High School, Secure Entry, - Project Architect • Senior Interior Designer  (2024) - 

Weber High School Teen Center -  Project Architect • Senior Interior Designer  (2024) - Weber School District saw a need to add a center for homeless teens that needed a place to clean up, do homework, cook means and do laundry.  We worked with the district do design a center that spanned a hall but still allowed for the connectivity of the center.

North Logan City Community Center, North Logan Utah (2024) - Project Architect - Senior Interior Designer - New city office for North Logan City. I oversaw the creation of the Contract Documents and worked with the contractor during the Construction Administration process.

Burly Burger, West Haven, Utah (2024) - Project Architect  •  Project Manager •  Interior Designer - TI project where Burly Burger is opening a new location in Layton.  There current design was incorporated in the construction documents to be used in future Franchises.

Hyde Park and Nibley Middle Schools -  Senior Interior Designer  (2024) - Cache County School District needs two additional middle schools so that each high school has a feeder middle school.

Thermo Fischer A15 Remodel, - Project Architect - Project Manager (2024) - I took over the completion of the CD's from previous architects.  The project was an update to the entrance of an existing building.

BTECH - InTech Collegiate Academy, Logan, Utah (2023) - Project Architect • Senior Interior Designer - InTech Collegiate Academy is moving from their current location to their new location on the BTECH campus.

Bark Spot TI, Logan Utah (2023) - Senior Interior Designer - Tenant improvement project.  I worked with the client and oversaw the interior design process. Including creation of the interior design concept, schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications. 

Syracuse Junior High CTE, Syracuse Utah (2023) - Senior Interior Designer - Converted an old O'Reilly auto parts store into a CTE building.  I oversaw the interior design process. Including creation of the interior design concept, schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications. 

Bountiful High School - Stadium Remodel, Bountiful Utah (2023) Senior Interior Designer - Added three new buildings at the high school football stadium. Two team rooms and a concession building.  I worked with the client and oversaw the interior design process. Including creation of the interior design concept, schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications. 

Odyssey Elementary CTE Update, Ogden Utah (2023) - Senior Interior Designer - Odyssey elementary had a space camp area that is no longer being used.  The school district wanted to change this area into usable classroom area. I worked with the client and oversaw the interior design process. Including creation of the interior design concept, schematic design, design development, construction documents and specifications. 

Morning Star Academy, - Project Architect • Senior Interior Designer  (2023) - New charter school building. I coordinated with the engineers and oversaw the creation of the construction documents under direction of the project manager.

North Logan City, City Offices, North Logan Utah (2022) - Architect - New city office for North Logan City. I oversaw the creation of the Contract Documents and worked with the contractor during the Construction Administration process.

Stander Office and Warehouse - 28,875 SF warehouse, 8,300 SF office space (2015) – Drafting Lead - Produced construction documents for permit and construction.  Coordinated with Electrical, Structural, and Metal pre-fabrication building salesperson.
